My Application has an integrated messaging platform, meaning you can easily talk with employers who respond to your application.
Steps
- Tap the Application button in the bottom-middle of the screen,
- You will see all the jobs you have applied for and their status.
- Tap on a chat to view your messages and to reply to a hirer.
- Before you can chat with a business, they will need to view your profile.
- Enter your message and tap the Send button to reply to a hirer.
- To archive a chat, tap the Three Dots button in the top right of the screen.
- Tap the I'm Not Looking Anymore button.
- To view archived chats, go back to the My Application home page.
- Tap the Archive Folder in the top right of the screen.
Key Point About the Feature
When you express interest in a business, the app automatically sends an email to that business, introducing your profile and your interest in the role. If the business responds to this email, their reply will be relayed to you through the app’s messaging platform. This ensures seamless communication between candidates and employers.
